- We operate a 24-hour cancellation notice period policy
- If you fail to attend your appointment or give less than 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rearranging, unfortunately there will be a charge of £150 minimum – please expect to be contacted by the reception team to arrange payment
- If an appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour notice, your deposit will stay on your account and will come off your next appointment
- To rebook your appointment, the full fee for the appointment will be taken as a deposit in order to secure the appointment. This will be forfeited should you fail to attend, or short-notice cancel again
- The same process is put in place for all bookings made online and/or booking with our reception team
If you are having treatment that requires longer than 1 hour you will be asked to pay a upfront payment to secure they booking, if you fail to attend and/or short notice that appointment, this fee will be charged and another payment will be required before rebooking.
Due to limited availability we require deposit of £82 for all bookings.
At Harley Street Implant Centre we use top quality implants that are designed for longevity. We strongly encourage patients not to seek using cheap, poor quality implants that may damage their foundations and lead to more complex dental care moving forward.
