This course is designed for clinicians looking to kick-start their career in implant dentistry. It is best suited to graduates with 2+ years of clinical experience who want hands-on mentorship from an experienced oral surgeon with over 20 years’ experience and more than 4,000 successful implant placements.
Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded 120 verifiable CPD (vCPD) hours, along with a formal certification confirming that the programme follows the curriculum of the MImpDent RCS (Ed) examination.

This course delivers exceptional value for clinicians seeking meaningful, hands-on implant experience and helps build the confidence to begin or expand implant provision in their practice.
Each delegate will have the opportunity to place up to 15 dental implants on live patients, under direct supervision from experienced implant mentors.

Dr. James qualified in 2011 from King’s College London. Subsequently, he worked as a Junior Doctor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, progressing to the role of Specialty Doctor in the field. During this time he held the position of Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at The University of Bristol.
He has since completed a postgraduate diploma in Dental Implantology and provides a comprehensive scope of Implantology practice, having now placed over 4000 successful implants. His deep experience of dental implants has led to his role as a mentor for other dentists training in Implantology.
Dr. James is an Examiner for The Faculty of Dental Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
