We are a Harley Street Dental Clinic that offers top quality dental implants and complex oral surgery. Our lead clinician is Dr Anthony James, a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, qualified dental sedationist and implant surgeon. He dedicates his practice to the provision of surgical dentistry and provides advanced oral surgery, sedation and dental implants in London.

Dr Anthony James

Dr. James qualified in 2011 from King’s College London. Subsequently, he worked as a Junior Doctor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, progressing to the role of Specialty Doctor in the field. During this time he held the position of Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at The University of Bristol.

He has since completed a postgraduate diploma in Dental Implantology and provides a comprehensive scope of Implantology practice, having now placed over 4000 successful implants. His deep experience of dental implants has led to his accredited role as a Mentor in Dental Implants by the College of General Dentistry.

Accordingly, Dr. James’ experience has led to him being selected to be an Examiner for The Faculty of Dental Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Dr Maria Sobierajska

Maria Sobierajska is a specialist dentist with a strong academic and professional background. She graduated with honors from King’s College London in 2015, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in dentistry and became an associate of the college.

Following her graduation, Maria spent a year working in the oral and maxillofacial department, where she gained valuable experience in complex extractions, facial trauma, and dental emergencies. Since then, she has worked in various dental practices across London and East Sussex, continually expanding her expertise. She has also pursued several advanced qualifications, including the MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a course in Aesthetic Restorative Procedures from the Eastman Dental Institute, a Primary Dental Care Certification from the University of Kent and a National Course in Conscious Sedation from the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry.

Maria developed a keen interest in rehabilitating patients with complex dental conditions such as severe tooth wear, hypodontia, and tooth loss. This passion led her to pursue specialist training in prosthodontics at King’s College London, which she completed with honors in September 2023. She also successfully passed her prosthodontic specialty exams with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

Known for her commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and ethical care, Maria is deeply appreciated by her patients for her compassionate nature and positive demeanor.

Dr James has also completed a postgraduate diploma in Conscious Sedation. This has allowed him to commence a weekly hospital sedation list which also involved the supervision and teaching of junior doctors.

Moreover, he is an accredited clinical supervisor in the field of dental sedation by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Dr. James provides oral surgery, sedation and dental implants in London & the South East. He has over 50 practicing clinicians who currently refer to him for these services.
